As I study my Bible, I have noticed something that appears to be overlooked in many of our churches. It’s two simple facts that make me wonder if the oversight is responsible for the fact that so many OWFB churches lack pastors, or even just a man to fill the pulpit while they search for a pastor.
What is that oversight? It’s the fact that God uses faulty men and God uses old men, yet many of our churches and pastor search committees seem to only be interested in young and charismatic preachers.
