On February 9, 2011, the Relief Committee of the Church of Varna, decided to distribute food, with the support of the Committee of Balchik, to the hungry people in Vladislavovo at least one time per week. An appointed sub-committee will take care that the poorest people receive relief assistance. Milena, the wife of Pastor Kosta Ivanov, proposes to cook chicken soup this week and Pastor Peter Jordanov of Vladislavovo will be informed and asked to register the very poor people.
