Dr. Raper was a very kind man of inexhaustible love for people, and the grace and charm to make you feel comfortable. I consider it an honor to have known such a man.

Since its inception in 1920, the Free Will Baptist Children’s Home has cared for children who might not otherwise have an opportunity to grow in a calm and nurturing environment.
